The Texas Group Head Office was in dire need of restoration and refurbishment when they called Restoration Projects in to give the building a new lease on life.Our works included:

• Stripping and replacing all defective partitions and plasterwork.
• Giving ceilings and covings a smooth plaster finish to the original specifications.
• Bringing the external facade back to life, including chemical brick cleaning.
• Repairing feature stone work.
• Stripping and refurbishing office areas.
• Installing fire protection throughout the building.
• Refurbishing existing toilets.
• Restoring bronze balustrades.
